My passion for birth work began with the birth of my son. Becoming a mother showed me how valuable it is to have support, encouragement, and care during pregnancy and birth.
For me, doula work is more than a profession. It’s an opportunity to serve others with the gifts and desires that God has given me. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you prepare to welcome your baby.
I am trained through DONA International and provide compassionate, evidence based support to help families feel confident and informed. I currently serve Boise, ID and the surrounding Treasure Valley in hospital, birth center, and home birth settings.
My Approach to Birth
I believe birth is sacred and personal, and I trust God in His unique plan for how each one unfolds. As a doula, I will stay with you the whole time, offering hands-on support, helping you understand what’s happening, and keeping things calm and steady as you welcome your baby.
My Support Services & Packages
Birth Doula Support
Pregnancy
Text and email support throughout pregnancy, plus three prenatal visits to help you prepare for birth with confidence. Together we'll discuss childbirth education and your birth preferences, practice comfort measures and labor positions, and create a plan that feels right for you and your family. On-call support begins at 37 weeks.
Birth
Continuous labor support for you and your partner, reassurance throughout the progression of labor and the early postpartum hours. I'll provide reassurance, guidance, hands-on comfort measures, labor positioning support, and access to comfort tools as your birth unfolds. My role is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident while creating space for you and your partner to be fully present.
Postpartum
One postpartum visit to check in on your recovery, process your birth experience, provide breastfeeding support, answer questions, and connect you with additional resources, as needed. I'll also offer practical support such as light housework or chores to help your family settle into life with a new baby.

Birth and Partner Preparation
Perfect for families who want personalized birth education, practical preparation, and partner coaching without in-person labor support.
Through your three prenatal visits, we'll focus on helping you and your birth partner feel informed, prepared, and confident for labor and postpartum.
Visit One: Preparing for Birth
Discuss childbirth education, explore your options, and consider birth preferences that reflect your goals and values.
Visit Two: Labor Support Skills
Practice comfort measures, labor positions, partner support techniques, and become familiar with tools and strategies that can help you navigate labor more comfortably.
Visit Three: Preparing for Postpartum
Build a postpartum plan, discuss newborn feeding and recovery, address concerns, and answer any remaining questions as you approach birth.
If my schedule allows, families who choose this package may later add in-person birth support.
